VERDICT: A winner over hurdles at Limerick last Christmas, Cahirdown Boy has also run well a couple of times in that sphere at this venue including when third at last year's festival. He ran quite well in two beginners' chases in August and will be primed for a big run on handicap debut. Stablemate Meehall made all to win easily over a longer trip at Killarney but an 8lb hike will make things tougher. Temptationinmilan, who went close several times in handicap hurdles last term, did well to be fourth to Carnet De Stage at Killarney after making a bad mistake on the final circuit and he's interesting in first-time cheekpieces. Presenting Bonnie has been running solid races at Kilbeggan but she's largely been kept away from left-handed tracks which has to be a concern.
