VERDICT: Donkey Years was being prepared for the Kerry National but didn't get in and is rerouted here. He won a big pot at the Punchestown festival in April when beating Recite A Prayer, who was second in Wednesday's feature, and might be able to defy a 7lb hike. Ballyshannon Rose was a talented novice last season when her form featured a Grade 2 win in mares' company at Thurles and a good second off just 1lb lower in a Naas handicap. The veteran Snugsborough Benny ran a fine race over hurdles here on Tuesday and his last run over fences saw him finish third in a useful conditions event at Galway. Kitty Galore returned from injury to run away with a Ballinrobe handicap hurdle and she had some useful form over fences last term. She could be on a decent mark.
