VERDICT: Glasses Up proved he retains plenty of enthusiasm at the ripe age of 10 when a game winner over 1m5f here on Monday, and Mike Smith's gelding merits respect under the penalty. That being said, he might prefer further nowadays and preference is afforded to Laudable. Running on the all-weather over the winter yielded mixed results for the son of Havana Gold, but he will relish the return to turf and his current mark is well within range. Penelope's Sister is also noted.
