VERDICT: Top-weight Dontshootthebarman has form and experience at a higher level but shoulders 64kg and is out of sorts, so best watched for now. Secret Chord is at the top of his game and ideally suited to this track and trip. He went close over 1200m in a stronger race last time and, even under a 3-point penalty, should give another competitive account of himself. Pennsylvania, Ensuing and Turbo Power are others with earning potential. None, however, appeal more than War Of Kingdoms who confirmed the promise of his debut second over track and trip by winning last time and is open to progress.
