VERDICT: Railway Hurricane beat all bar the progressive Mousey Brown over a similar trip at Punchestown last month with Slane Hill about ten lengths behind in sixth. The Barry Connell-trained gelding, winner of his only previous chase start, was right in contention when pecking badly three out and has plenty of scope for improvement. Tag Man won a maiden hurdle at Listowel last autumn and got his chasing career off to a winning start when beating Moonovercloon at Clonmel last month, while French Dynamite hasn't raced in handicap company since second to Ga Law off a similar mark in the Paddy Power Gold Cup at Cheltenham in 2022.
