VERDICT: Ratafia hasn't looked back since gaining his first career success at Redcar in October, recording a pair of victories on the all-weather at Newcastle since. The most recent of those came after a break last month and the six-year-old, whose dam also relished plenty of cut in the ground when taking a Listed contest here in 2014, is likely to have further progression to come.
