VERDICT: Doctor Glide comes here off the back of a decent run at Down Royal and his rating of 116 is probably good enough to win a race of this standard. He was third to Faulty in a decent contest and a repeat may be enough to get his head in front. It's no surprise to see connections claim off Napper Tandy, who has a penalty from the Flat. He ran really well when second on his hurdling bow at Clonmel last season, but his jumping let him down subsequently at Punchestown. On The Steel wasn't disgraced in a strong Navan bumper on his return to action in February and is an interesting contender on his jumping debut.
