VERDICT: Any market confidence behind the George Boughey-trained newcomer Chic Colombine would be significant, but Always Love You shaped with plenty of promise when fourth at Windsor. The form of that race has worked out well, with the winner going in again since, while the second went close in Listed company at York last week. China Trade might prefer further than this in time but is sure to be fit and ready to go on debut.
