VERDICT: Last year's winner Mogwli arrives here off a 3lb lower rating and the six-year-old isn't taken lightly in his repeat bid. Preference, however, is for his stablemate Cnodian, who likely found her latest effort here in October coming too soon. Willie McCreery's mare is best judged on her previous runner-up efforts at this venue and she looks more than capable of picking up a race of this nature. Queen's Pardon has been cut some slack by the handicapper and is another to note, ahead of Senor Carrots, who could be suited by this return to 6f.
