VERDICT: Jump The Gun was denied a clear run numerous times in the Silver Cup here last Saturday and may gain some compensation, with this extra furlong likely to suit. Five-time course winner Gweedore is sure to give another solid account off a career-high mark having won here on his latest start. Although Love De Vega has been a beaten favourite on his last two starts, there was plenty to like about his Ascot run earlier in the month and he arrives here on the same rating.
