VERDICT: Bulletin took a step forward to make a winning handicap debut at Southwell and provided he can transfer that form to turf, the son of Advertise may have a say. However, Celeborn gets the vote after he occupied the runner-up berth on his final juvenile start at Newmarket in September, and could prove a different proposition with another winter under his belt. Sir William and Best Adventure are others to consider.
