VERDICT: Verhoyen arrives here in good form and gets the vote to record an eighth career win. The Michael Grassick-trained gelding had Lexington Dash two lengths behind when runner-up over C&D last month and subsequently only ran out of steam in the closing stages when third in a valuable mile handicap at the Curragh on Irish Derby day. Daamberdiplomat has gained both wins over 6f and wasn't beaten far last time in a valuable handicap at Lingfield on Good Friday. Universally beat Tawaazon here last month and is still reasonably treated.
