VERDICT: Having showed a bit more verve in a first-time tongue-tie when third at Warwick last month, Lallygag could be ready to strike. Paul Nicholls' charge could unlock some improvement over this stiffer test of stamina and he shades the verdict over stable debutant Coltor. The seven-year-old is used to keeping better company than this and shouldn't be taken lightly, while cheekpieces look just the aid that could eke some improvement out of Peking Rose, who might also feature prominently.
