VERDICT: Doyen Magic takes a drop in class on her third outing over hurdles and this looks a nice opportunity for the point-to-point winner. She ran in a couple of strong contests over the winter and wasn't disgraced when fifth at Leopardstown when last seen in March. This is an easier task now and better ground may suit as it was yielding when she won her point. African Lady has run better on her last couple of outings and should get involved now at this level. Sainte Baol was pulled up quickly at Listowel 10 days ago but is capable of better than that and has a chance on previous form.
