VERDICT: Kendancer landed a similar contest in good style at Limerick 12 days ago and can collect again. He was pulling away for a cosy three-and-three-quarter length win last time over Gino Drummer Boy and going a bit further now should suit. The runner-up is entitled to get a bit closer at the revised terms. Tom McGreevy was disputing when falling two from home in that Limerick contest and is another who has to come into calculations now. He holds the top official mark of 116 in this two-mile-two contest. The consistent Routine Excellence is another who has to be considered but has to give away a chunk of weight to the ones mentioned above.
