VERDICT: Polam Lane is the most interesting contender on his return from the sidelines, but Resilience is preferred. Craig Lidster's sprinter is also back from a break, albeit a much shorter one, and shaped like his turn in the winner's enclosure was imminent during a progressive winter campaign on the all-weather. One For The Ladies has been performing well on ground that probably wasn't quick enough for her. Turf maiden Golden Rainbow shouldn't be far way, while Irish Dancer beat Birkenhead to the runner-up berth over C&D last week but is again out of the handicap.
