VERDICT: Ferrous has comprehensively won both starts since being gelded but steps back up in class for this return to turf and looks worth taking on from an 8lb higher rating. Equally progressive and with her recent form working out well, Under The Twilight fits the bill as a prime contender for a race of this nature, especially with ground conditions to suit. Lethal Levi didn't fire at York on Wednesday but is noted turned out quickly with blinkers now added. Gisburn and Willem Twee complete the shortlist.
