    ANALYSIS: NonRunner
VERDICT: Mashadi ran well for fifth in a class 2 event at Newmarket and he will appreciate this drop in grade off 1lb lower. However, he might come out second best to Jimmy Speaking, who made a victorious return to action when going in by just over two lengths at Chelmsford. Chris Dwyer's three-year-old could have plenty more to offer now that he has got his head in front, and he can go in again. Imperial Guard and Western aren't out of it either.
