VERDICT: There was plenty of encouragement to be taken from Sherman Tank's debut third at Newcastle in November and David Simcock's gelding must enter calculations on his return to action. However, newcomer Coronado King, a half-brother to French Group 1 winner Castle Lady, boasts an attractive pedigree and he could have too much class for these rivals. The Exceed And Excel colt may take this en route to bigger things, while any market support for fellow debutant Transitioning would also be interesting.
