VERDICT: Goal Exceeded beat the progressive Take Me To Church in a maiden on soft ground over C&D last autumn and the form of his reappearance when finishing well over the minimum trip at Cork has also been working out well since. Jessica Harrington has a strong hand, with riding arrangements suggesting Heavenly Being, a close-up third at the Curragh recently, is preferred to Glamorously, whose two wins last year included the Birdcatcher at this venue. Branding showed some promise on soft ground here last year, while Dundalk winner Clarita and Lively Set, with Dylan Browne McMonagle booked on her handicap debut, are others to consider.
