VERDICT: Classy Al often runs well over this course and distance and put in a promising display when third on his seasonal return at Musselburgh. A reproduction of that form would given him a big chance here. Kalganov has not been beaten far on the all-weather this year and he could prove to be the main threat to the selection, ahead of William Dewhirst and End Zone.
