VERDICT: Willie Mullins saddled a newcomer to win this race last year and could repeat the feat with Not Negotiable. Her sire, Kapgarde, is a good source of bumper winners and she will certainly know her job. Shannon Bank was only collared in the closing stages at Down Royal, so that runner-up berth entitles her to respect. She is going the right way as her fourth places in Galway and Cork weren't devoid of ability either. Point-to-point winner Shantou Princess showed potential when keeping on for fourth on racecourse debut at Cork. There are plenty of winners in Laravie's pedigree, so a market move for her ahead of her racecourse bow would be interesting.
