VERDICT: Ballystone already has jumping experience from a run in a point-to-point and may be able to get off the mark now switching to hurdles. The Shirocco gelding has been placed twice in three bumper runs and was only denied by a head at Cork last month. That was a big run as he was only collared close home by a decent yardstick in Will Do. Sherodan could be a danger but returns from a long absence. The Hillstar gelding won on debut at Tipperary in July 2021 before chasing home a smart sort in Level Neverending at Killarney the following month. Seasett was a decent sort on the Flat in England, achieving a career high mark of 88 and is one to note on his hurdling debut.
