Ancient Wisdom showed some very smart form as a 2-year old last season including when winning the Group 1 Doncaster Futurity stakes. He made most the running that day and stayed on powerfully at the finish. The form of that race has worked out very well this season and Ancient Wisdom looks just the type of horse to improve from 2 to 3. He by Dubawi out of a race mare that stayed 1m4f, so the extra distance today and also beyond in races like the Derby look sure to suit him very well. Ancient Wisdom can take today's trial before going onto the Derby itself. Ancient Wisdom rates a 4 star win Pick.
