VERDICT: Victory Queen displayed plenty of promise when making a winning debut over a mile at Newmarket a couple of weeks ago and Charlie Appleby's filly sets the standard on the back of that performance. Purple Rainbow took a step forward from her encouraging racecourse bow when getting off the mark at Kempton in January and she has to be noted on her return. Cases can be made for all of the remainder, but Breckenbrough and Gulya are the pick of them.
