VERDICT: Charming Cat (1) stands out in this field with by far the strongest form and lining up in a claiming race will make him very hard to beat. Nocturne Blou (6) showed little in her opening start but showed she does have some ability with a promising second in her last run. With a light weight she has to be contender. Firstau Chope (3) was well beaten when running fifth in her first start over 900m but she is likely to improve on that performance this time. There is little in the form of Amelia (4) that gives any indication she can win this but she could still run into the top four.
