VERDICT: Stockpyle has scored at Kempton and Chepstow recently and he is of clear interest in his hat-trick bid, but preference is for Dreamrocker. Ed Walker's filly caught the eye when keeping on for third at York in May, before finishing a close-up second at Goodwood the following month. She's looked a little outpaced on both occasions so this stiff finish should suit, and pedigree suggests she will have no problem with any cut in the ground. Others to note include Powdering and last year's victor One Step Beyond.
