VERDICT: This can go the way of Amathus, who struck in this contest last year off 2lb lower and warmed up for his defence with a highly creditable runner-up effort over track and trip recently. Local Music has been in fine form of late over further and may be suited by the drop in trip, while Embarked arrives on the back of arguably a career-best effort when second at Newmarket last month. Bell Shot and Top Of The Class are capable of being in the shake-up as well.
