VERDICT: Circuit Breaker caught the eye on his first start for new connections when rallying late in the day for third in a higher-grade race at Kempton. The son of Nathaniel has won on soft ground before and is preferred to the improving Rathgar, who has only been raised 2lb for a determined success at Goodwood. A winner twice over hurdles towards the end of 2023, including in Listed company, Pawapuri must be noted on her return to the level.
