VERDICT: Still of very low mileage, Village Master has taken to fences in good style and, although not error-free, the Warren Greatrex-trained gelding has landed a brace of wins in a convincing enough manner to suggest he is the one to be with here. Forget You Not has won off a 6lb higher mark and cannot be ruled out on these terms. Hard Frost is another player from just 1lb higher than his only previous winning rating.
