VERDICT: Both Paramer Angel and Storm Troupour have shown they retain enough ability to be effective at this lower level. Al-Hatab is likely to be still on the upgrade and while this trip is short of his best, he will strip fitter today. However, the James Owen team remains in good form under all codes, and his homebred VICTORIA gained plenty of experience last term. She's starting this season off a very workable mark and, with the benefit of her regular partner's claim and a first-time hood, she could break her maiden here.
