However, Corsican Caper looks the one to beat after skipping his scheduled engagement at Thirsk on Saturday. Kevin Frost's gelding arrives on a hat-trick after a pair of taking wins in the mud and he won with enough in hand over the extended 1m6f at Doncaster last weekend to suggest he can defy a 6lb rise for that victory.
