VERDICT: Arkenstaar posted an encouraging effort on his return to action when third at Pontefract last month. The four-year-old is entitled to build on that effort and he's likely to be the mix once more, but Natzor looks open to more improvement. The David O'Meara-trained gelding offered plenty to work with on his stable/seasonal bow at Newcastle in March and a reproduction of that runner-up effort may prove good enough. Trais Fluors and Black Friday are also noted.
