VERDICT: Modern Times took a step forward from his debut effort when a length second over a mile at Kempton in November and he is likely to have plenty more to offer. Harry Eustace's three-year-old makes his return to action and he could prove too good, with his main danger possibly being Approved Star, who ran with huge credit when he hit the frame on his debut at Kempton earlier in the month. Sardinian Warrior and Smart Hero aren't out of it either.
