VERDICT: A winner on debut here as a 2yo, Kalanda D'elvie (2) put in an eye-catching performance last time out and, from the 2-spot, has every chance of opening her 2024 account. Following a tricky start to her career, Kaline Du Rabutin (15) lost her maiden tag a fortnight back and, even though starting from the 2nd line, she races with front pads this time and can again go close. Kaura De La Vallee (5) is better-positioned behind the car, showed a liking for Parilly earlier this month, and must be afforded respect. Kaliente D'atout (7) has shown decent aptitude for the game and should take well to the Parilly profile.
