VERDICT: A tentative vote goes to the unexposed Fenlander, who showed decent form as a two-year-old and could be well treated off a mark of 74 on his handicap debut. As a son of Territories, Pam Sly's gelding is bred to go on heavy ground, and he may have too much for the consistent Ingleby Archie, as well as Vince L'Amour, who caught the eye on his return with a strong placed effort at Catterick over 5f.
