VERDICT: Fernando (2) did not show his best form last time out but does seem a lot better over shorter and could be good enough to bounce back and beat these rivals. Loki (6) has won his last two starts nicely enough but has struggled before in handicaps. Royalties (5) is holding form and is capable of winning a handicap off this mark so deserves respect. City Of Hope (8) as been good on the PSF of late but has to prove it back on the grass.
