VERDICT: Forever Young is bound to be popular following his Saudi Derby success last month, but he only just got up on the line that day having been held up. Those tactics will be much harder to pull off here and stall 11 only makes his life more difficult. As a result, preference is for George Tesoro, who has shown plenty of promise in his native Japan. There is not a lot of pace drawn on his inside and, if he can clear Henry Adams, it would be no surprise to see him dominate this field from the front. The aforementioned Henry Adams cannot be ruled out but will need to be quickly away from the gates, while Pandagate is another who is likely to be staying on well late with Forever Young.
