VERDICT: Followango was just denied in the shadows of the post when runner-up in what looked a stronger event at Lingfield last month. A similar performance from Evan Williams' mare may well suffice, although Broughshane appeared to be going well enough before falling three out at Chepstow in January. The gelded son of Mahler shouldn't be far away if none the worse for that mishap, with Give Me A Boom completing the shortlist.
