VERDICT: Starsong benefitted from positive tactics to produce a shock to score by over a length here last week and it would be no surprise to see her go close, despite having a 5lb penalty to carry. However, the vote goes to Darlo Pride, who just failed by a neck into second in this grade at Lingfield on his latest outing and he is only 1lb higher for that effort. The four-year-old very rarely runs a bad race and looks like a solid choice. The Tron completes the shortlist.
