VERDICT: Madison Blues disappointed when making his poly debut last time. His form prior is decent and he could bounce back having drawn well back on turf. It will also be his second run after gelding. Safe Space gave away weight in a handicap against winners but didn't do badly. He may be better on the turf in any case and needs to be taken seriously. Venerable should have won by now. He needed his last run and has also changed stables. He could make a winning debut for his new team. There are juveniles in the race that could suddenly show. Jury's Out and Morning Chess need to be watched.
