VERDICT: Journal Intime (2) was not disgraced last time out and can be expected to be fitter this time. He did well enough in 2022 to suggest there were more wins to come. Jidi De Lou (7) was a barefoot winner last time out and remains barefoot so can follow up. Jilbour Defontaine (15) is barefoot for the very first time so expect improvement.
