VERDICT: Forest Spy has let his supporters down, but his recent disappointing Polytrack runs has meant his merit rating has dropped and he could prove to be of some value in this line-up. It is a competitive race and not too many can be ruled out of winning the race. Spydas Corner makes his local debut. He did well in KwaZulu-Natal and deserves respect. Rimaah returns to the turf and could surprise. Ledell's Echo is speedy and could make all the running. Angel Deb's ran well above her rating last time out so has more in the tank.
