VERDICT: Dan Skelton boasts a fine record here and his Goonhilly could be a smart recruit, having shown up well on his debut at Hereford in November. The winner of that race has gone in again since and, with improvement expected, the five-year-old can see off dual French bumper scorer Hasthing and point-to-point runner-up Farnoge. A winner at Ffos Las in January, Helnwein is a key player as well.
