VERDICT: Good field for the Marula Sprint. Captain Fontane has been costly to follow but it could be his day. He needed his last race and if anywhere near his best could be the one. Stablemate African Skyline showed he can sprint with the best when a good second ahead of Pearl Of Asia as well as Ishnana and Spydas Corner. He has run well here and should make a race of it. Pearl Of Asia is holding form well and just needs the race run to suit. Aqua Bolt, Passage Of Power and Pray For Rain all rate value propositions.
