VERDICT: Ower Starlight was headed on the line at Kempton and, running off just a 1lb higher mark now, makes plenty of appeal. Jim Crowley is a notable jockey booking for the Cityscape colt, who has developed an excellent level of consistency. Blue Collar Lad stayed on nicely for third over a furlong shorter here and looks sure to give another good account of himself. Mcqueen ran with plenty of credit to finish fourth on his return from a gelding operation at Chelmsford and is likely to improve.
