VERDICT: Hugos New Horse managed to assert late on when getting off the mark over hurdles at Wincanton last month and this stiffer test should suit on his handicap debut. Rated as high as 113 on the level, Raymond Tusk has yet to set the world alight over hurdles but he cannot be discounted. Mothill's winning run came to an end at Cheltenham last month but that was still a respectable effort.
