VERDICT: Most are capable of putting in a bold bid in this well-crafted handicap. However, Banzai Pipeline has a 4kg apprentice claim which could see him get the edge. His last run was below best and is best ignored. Pewter Sky has a bit more to do to finish ahead of the former but is holding form well and could appreciate the slightly longer trip. With Pleasure beat decent sorts in his penultimate but then disappointed last time. He has gate No 1 on the poly and needs to be taken seriously. Straight Up gave signs he could be coming back to form. Parmenion seems capable of better.
