A busy Wednesday and Carlisle's biggest meeting of the flat season takes centre stage. Here are the thoughts of our Long Shot tipster.

Sea Of Thunder showed some good form as a 2-year old and has built on that in 2 runs so far as a 3-year old. He was a good 3rd in what looked a decent contest at Newmarket back in early May and then backed that up when just being caught close home and finishing 2nd at Leicester beaten only 3/4 of a length. That was Sea Of Thunder's first try at 1m4f and he appreared to get the distance well enough that day. Sea Of Thunder is still relatively lightly raced and there could well be more to come from him. Sea Of Thunder rates a 4 star each way Pick.

Al Rufaa showed a revival of form since being switched to his current stable over the winter, having previously been rated as high as 105 for the Gosden's he had slipped to a mark of 82 when winning at Wolverhampton. Thing's haven't gone to plan for him in a couple of turf starts most recently and he now finds himself back down to a mark of 85, looking dangerously well handicapped. Returned to 1m on good to firm ground and hopefully able to get plenty of cover early, Al Rufaa may have too much class for his rivals at the end of the race. Al Rufaa rates a 4 star each way Pick.
