Classic showed progressive form last season which included a win in handicap company over 7f at this track. On his final outing last year he was a good 2nd at Newbury. Classic looks just the type of horse to progress further this season and a return to this track over 1m should suit him well. He is a horse that seems to handle most going conditions so the slight ease in ground should be fine for him and he can take today's race before perhaps having a tilt at a handicap at Royal Ascot. Classic rates a 4 star each way Pick.
